The $200 million Palm Beach Outlets project, led by New England Development, was in need of a full-service agency with local expertise to craft its grand opening event and future marketing strategy. Within the confines of a modest budget, BG was tasked with establishing a fresh identity and innovative media plan to spark excitement in the South Florida region.
By presenting the potential economic impact and exposure opportunities to local media venues, BG was able to enlist promotional support through free added-value campaigns in the form of TV production, database access, on-site events, and bonus insertions. Strategic media placements complimented with an appearance by Mario Lopez and a Cadillac giveaway contributed to certain stores experiencing their highest grand opening revenue in franchise history. The epic opening and partnership with Palm Beach Outlets has led BG to additional projects with New England Development for future outlet locations nationwide.
